I'm the kind of planner who notices everything - the angle of the silverware, the energy of a room before anyone walks in, that look when you need me to quietly excuse you for a breath. It all started accidentally in California in 2015 - and it turned out to be the best 'I'll give it a go' I ever said yes to, because I found an industry that appreciated my type-A personality, my obsession with the tiniest details, and my belief that every order needs a visual. Now based back home in Belfast, when I'm not planning you'll find me on a plane to somewhere above 25 degrees, sipping cocktails while a little human buries my feet in the sand.
